Preparing an SD card image

Download proprietary blobs from the InSignal forum (registration required; e.g., vendor_insignal_arndale_octa_exynos5420_jb-mr1.1_20131216_965b4ae.run).

See U-Boot sd_fuse/smdk5420/sd_fusing.sh for their sector offsets and sample commands.

The Arndaleboard.org Wiki partition map has a typo, marking the start of the first partition as 0x1000000 instead of 0x10000000. However, if you intend to place the kernel into a filesystem, that number works nicely, i.e. sector 32768 for an ext3 /boot partition.
